The Night of San Lorenzo, a unique experience under the Orvieto night sky: taste the flavours of Villa Laura and observe the wonders of the cosmos through a telescope! In this place immersed in the Umbrian countryside, an oasis of tranquillity between nature and history, you can immerse yourself in an evening of emotions in contact with the earth and the sky.
During the course of the evening, participants will experience an astronomical orienteering session, followed by telescope observation with Astronomitaly’s expert operators: a journey into space to admire the most beautiful celestial objects, from the blazing stars of the Summer Triangle to splendid double stars, to the Moon and the planet Saturn.

Welcoming aperitif on the terrace while waiting for the starry sky with bubbles and small canapés d'ètoiles
Dinner served at the table
Chianina hot-smoked in the fireplace, then marinated in spiced brine and cut into carpaccio, served cold and seasoned with only farm-produced evo oil, accompanied with giardiniera of vegetables from our summer garden and mustard sauce and honey
Ravioli filled with liquid pecorino cheese flavoured with a blend of Pepi and aromatic berries.
Served with Chianina tartare, salted zabaglione and black summer truffle.
Farm-produced Cinta Senese pork neck cooked "al trappo" under the smouldering ash, served with thyme-flavoured crushed carrots, chimichurri sauce and caper fruits.

Buffet of small creamy desserts and slices of fresh, exotic and dried fruit.
