The Restaurant

Il Borgo Del Gusto restaurant offers a cuisine based on the Umbrian culinary tradition, revisited and enhanced by our chefs and our products.

The kitchen fully reflects the philosophy of the Borgo, many of the products are 0 km from the farm owned. The cooks produce bread, handmade pasta (including umbrichelli, the famous pasta of water and flour), focaccia and sweets. The products from our garden are grown according to the organic methodology. The receptivity of the restaurant is about 120 people; the two rooms, with panoramic views, are equipped with furnishings and accessories that characterize them.
